This Policy applies when you visit elixoai.com, use an account or software, connect a provider, pay, join the affiliate program, or contact Elixo Bots. Elixo Bots determines the purposes and means of the processing described here.
Third-party exchanges, wallets, blockchains, AI providers, payment processors, Telegram, and Google process data under their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your use, we may handle:
- Account data: email, username, name, user ID, language, time zone, settings, sign-in and Google identifiers.
- Security data: password hashes, sessions, reset and security records.
- Connection data: exchange, account IDs, encrypted API keys and secrets, wallet addresses, permissions, mode, and provider responses.
- Trading and AI data: bot settings, pairs, signals, balances, orders, positions, history, prompts, model, analysis, usage, and errors.
- Payment and affiliate data: order and transaction IDs, amount, currency, payment status, wallet, subscriptions, credits, referrals, commissions, and payout requests.
- Communications and technical data: support, Telegram IDs, feedback, attachments, IP, browser, device, logs, cookies, analytics, and interactions.
Do not send identity documents, financial passwords, seed phrases, or private keys unless a feature expressly and lawfully requires the information.
3. Sources of information
We receive data directly from you; from connected exchanges, wallets, Google, Telegram, and payment providers; automatically through logs, cookies, analytics, and security systems; and from public or licensed market, news, and blockchain sources.

We use data to create and secure accounts; provide connections, bots, orders, balances, analytics, AI, payments, credits, affiliates, and alerts; respond to support; improve and test the Services; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms and Conditions; comply with law and accounting duties; and establish or defend claims.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data that no longer reasonably identifies you for research, security, analytics, and improvement.

6. AI-assisted features
When you request AI analysis, prompts and relevant inputs may be sent through an AI routing service to the selected model provider. Inputs may include market data, news, indicators, pair, direction, strategy context, and submitted text. Outputs and usage records may be stored.
Do not place personal data, credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or third-party secrets in prompts. AI providers apply their own terms. AI output is not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
7. When we share information
We do not sell personal data for money. Where necessary, we share it with infrastructure and database providers; connected exchanges, wallets, and data providers; Google authentication; payment processors and blockchains; AI routing and model providers; email and Telegram; analytics, diagnostics, and security providers including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; advisers, authorities, or a successor to the Services.
Some analytics disclosures may be treated as a "share" under certain laws. Providers may use data only for their services or as permitted by their agreements and law.
8. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
9. Data retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the described purposes. Periods depend on data type, account status, security, legal duties, disputes, and limitation periods.
- Account and product data is generally kept while active and for a limited period afterward.
- Connection credentials are kept while needed, then deleted or made inaccessible subject to backup cycles.
- Payment, affiliate, and transaction records may be kept for accounting, tax, fraud, or dispute duties.
- Logs and support records remain as needed for security and resolution.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administration, monitoring, and encryption of retained exchange credentials. No online system is completely secure.
Secure your email, devices, accounts, wallets, and API permissions. Use unique credentials, minimum permissions, and withdrawal restrictions, and revoke compromised keys immediately.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, opt-out from certain marketing or analytics, and may complain to a data-protection authority.

12. Automated features and decisions
Trading bots and alerts follow rules you configure and do not make legal decisions about your personal rights. We may use automated systems to detect abuse, secure accounts, or enforce limits. Where law grants human review of a significant decision, contact us.
13. Children
The Services are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 provided information.
14. Third-party services
Links and integrations have their own privacy and security practices. Review the policies of exchanges, wallets, payment and AI providers, Google, Telegram, and other parties before use.
